Why are they seeking to block repeal of an un-lawful un-constitutional executive order when immigration was the an issue which only congress could act on?

They will be sorry. The court could rule against DACA and that will be the end of DACA until Congress acts.
They think Congress is going to pass DACA within six months? I do not think so.

Thanks JAP. I'd love to see DACA ruled against and a fresh lawful debate on it. Emperor Obama's proclamations skirting laws are getting old.

Closing down DACA for the illegals was one of the planks, that President Trump ,was nationally elected to execute

This might very well backfire against some of those states.
