Well, in the first place she's not a "fellow" anymore. -snicker-

Secondly, why is a traitor to this country honored in such a fashion? Instead of paying for her sex change, they should have emasculated him - at the time, him, anyway - and allowed to bleed out. Too gory? Well, a firing squad would have done the trick, too.
