First Amendment to the Constitution

Published:

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances."

Once again, Trump has picked a person of color to insult, while at the same time trying to tread on their rights under the Constitution. This is an attempt by Trump to change the narrative about the Russian investigation. He has become so predictable. Every weekend he tweets out something ludicrous to his base to keep them brain dead about what's going on. Trump wants to change the narrative about his failed attempt at Health Care, North Korea, and his nonexistent promised agenda. Trump did however managed to further enrage the culture war by referring to black athletes as "Sons of B1tches" before a predominantly white audience in Alabama. When it comes to Trump, he shows his true colors when he is in front of his base. He whips them up into a frenzy by throwing them red meat. Trump has truly demonstrated that he is a genuine divider-in-chief with racist views.

If I may, I'd like to first focus on a specific regarding freedom of speech, what happened in Charlottesville, and why white supremacy/racism is under severe fire with legislation. Link and excerpt says it all:

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brandenburg_v._Ohio

-The Court held that government cannot punish inflammatory speech unless that speech is "directed to inciting or producing imminent lawless action and is likely to incite or produce such action."[1][2]:702 Specifically, it struck down Ohio's criminal syndicalism statute, because that statute broadly prohibited the mere advocacy of violence.-

We had those against violence, racism/Nazi-ism, and white supremacy along with the others who vehemently advocated the same. In a separate protest, one supremacist called someone a ni**er, took his pistol out, and fired it! He was subsequently fined for discharging his firearm, and, within the vicinity of a school. These folks are serious about their hatred. Now, let's get to Kapernick. You know, Trump actually stirred this whole thing up for his own selfish motives. Sure, he did. Racism and hatred works EVERY TIME with WAR at a close second to get the people going!

For reference sake, Trump didn't even call the Charlottesville driver-killer an SOB...and this guy is charged with 2nd degree murder! A white supremacy hate crime, folks! My take is that this is and isn't about race and he's using Kapernick as a prop under patriotism. However, it goes deeper than that as we follow the $$$. *This whole new age pregame ceremony deal is ALL about $$$, people.

The DoD got involved in 2009 in an effort to market for recruits. They sought to paint a VERY different picture of what was going on abroad with our wars and service members which was bleak then. Couple of links to get those interested started with the first one being MOST informative regarding players, the flag, the anthem, and all:

http://www.cnn.com/2017/09/25/us/nfl-national-anthem-trump-kaepernick-history-trnd/index.html

These next two follow the money, and, put this 'paid patriotism' deal on Obama's DoD. In essence, ALL THESE PRO-'PAYTRIOTISM' FOLK ARE ACTUALLY SUPPORTING PRESIDENT OBAMA. But, Obama was crystal clear on where he stood with Kapernick saying that it's very patriotic what he's doing by kneeling. FACT.

https://townhall.com/tipsheet/timothymeads/2017/09/24/draft-n2385792

So, Trump did in fact whip those Alabama folk up into a major frenzy over OBAMA'S DoD Promotional. They support Obama's 'approved' PAYTRIOTIC' deal with the NFL...and they're BLIND TO IT. This whole thing is BUSINESS, folks, not to suggest the NFL Organization isn't patriotic by any means, though. Facts are facts. Kapernick is well within his rights but, those opposing him are right to be well condemned for pure ignorance.

Our president actually has a very, sketchy history on patriotism himself dating back to when he ran from the draft, and, said this about the Vietnam War:

https://www.redstate.com/diary/Anteater/2016/02/17/trumps-vulgar-admission-avoiding-stds-women-personal-vietnam/

He cracked on an injured POW, John McCain on purely politically and self,-motivated purposes. How patriotic and HYPOCRITICAL is that? Oh, and lastly. For all you folk so gung ho on Trump's inauguration protest and violence, anti-Obama folk set churches on fire, attacked/assaulted minorities, hung Obama from nooses, and much, much more the day of and after his election.

Gonna get to who's truly patriotic pretty soon, though. You'll see.....

Yep, things are really heating up now to all those players' advantage...black players, I might add, that are targeted. Trump has desperately tried to turn this into a patriotism issue when it's actually not. It's about injustices between a specific percentage, and, geological make up of public servants and young black men. Point blank. Trump tred to avoid the racial biases of Charlottesville by citing 'both sides' when only one side was promoting hatred and the type of violence dating back decades. I get the fact that fans pay to watch the guys play but, Kapernick was STILL DOING HIS JOB WITH ENTERTAINING FANS, AND, VERY WELL AT THAT.

This man is the EPITOME of a patriot with all that he's given to charities and done for communities. Oh, but not a single mention of any of this. He's supported our troops in many ways as well. Once again. Trump supporters are duped with more CHICKEN MILK. Outstanding article here...OUTSTANDING!!!
