You just don't get it; employers can restrict your "Constitutional rights" - they can institute a dress code, they can ban you from taking certain medications or drinking or even ingesting legal pot on the job (or having it in your system while at work) and they can restrict your speech while you are at work or if you have signed a contract which prohibits your speech and activities away from work that can reflect poorly on those who employ you, then they can terminate your employment.
Not sure what Greg Hardy has to do with these protests, but then again, I've given up on trying to understand the logic of you and your ilk. (not sure there IS any logic to it, it's all juvenile emotions- IOW, temper tantrums)
