Trump To Sign Executive Order On Obamacare Tomorrow Morning

"...Still, the order will lift Obama administration limits on short-term health insurance plans, allowing the plans to last as long as 12 months and be renewed. The change to short-term health insurance could damage the stability of ObamaCare.  The fear from Democrats is that healthier people will migrate to cheaper, short-term plans, leaving only sicker people in ObamaCare plans and driving up premiums.

The source said the new rules for short-term plans are where administration officials think the order will have the "most immediate impact."

 The order will also allow people to use tax-advantaged accounts known as Health Reimbursement Accounts to pay for their premiums.

Meanwhile, as democrats scream bloody murder around 11am tomorrow when Trump is signing the EO, one person will be delighted: Sen. Rand Paul has been pushing for this order for months, arguing that allowing small businesses to band together to buy insurance gives them leverage to lower premiums. Paul is expected to be in attendance at the unveiling at the White House on Thursday."

Maybe, that should have happen, after he was sworn in. Use the EO like Obama used it!!!

I got to thinking about this with the EO or more EO in the future.
When Obamacare was passed and as time went on Obama done countless EOs and rule changes along with waiver for Obamacare. Congress would not go near Obamacare to counter any of the fore mentioned. They did not want to open up the Obamacare legislation to any debate or amended legislation that would change the original Obamacare legislation.

With Trump starting doing EOs and rule changes on Obamacare Congress will need to act to pass legislation changing Obamacare. Any legislation brought before Congress will open up the Congressional debate again. If the Legislation before Congress originates it focus just on Trumps EO will open up amendments that could focus on other parts of Obamacare.
Congress has two choices. act or sit down and shut up.

Thanks JAP. Right now Obamacare is being illegally funded so if Trump allows it to implode on its own they will have to do something. I think he's playing the waiting game for actual legislators to be elected next year. Even though things should be moving better, smoother we're getting a real look at the igits called lawmakers.

One other thing is Trump gave Congress time to act on Obamacare. Democrats fought tooth and nail on new Obamacare legislation and there were the holds outs on the Republican side.
Now it is Trumps turn. Stuck it to the swamp I would say.
Trump is brilliant.
Now Congress has egg on their face and stepping into what to do.

Thanks JAP. He's a brilliant strategist pulling out of congress their true agendas so we can choose better. I agree stick it to them good and hold firm.
