I am not happy with the Kurds and Iraqis fighting now. The Kurds put a lot into fighting ISIS and they voted for an independent nation status.
Something about Iran involved with the Kurds and Iraqis fighting and did not catch it all.

The Kurds are about 33 million strong,courageous fighters   who done more to defeat ISIS then all other ground troops combined, have their own language & culture and have been attacked by Persian, Russian, Arab, Turkey, Iraq & Syria because they desire self determination as their own nation. Proven US, Christian, Israeli friendly and has lowest violence provinces in the Middle East. And ancient Kurdistan has the major Kurkuk oil fields in their province.

US would be smart in cutting a deal via recognizing their independence & they protect our oil interests; cut a alliance deal with Israel who is the only other friendly regional nation - lets face it, British-Raj created Iraq out of ancient Mesopotamian, as a nation is over
