I use to be against any flu shots of any kind until I had pneumonia two years in a row. Ever since that I have been taking a flu shot every year. In fact, I took mine yesterday while I was shopping at Walgreen. The older you are, the worst flu affects you. Take the shot!

There's also a pneumonia shot. Do an internet search for info.

I already took a Pneumonia shot. It lasts for 5 years.
