100 yrs ago it was a privileged person that had much more than home education now kids of today think of school as a "place to go" parents think its a "full time babysitter" we have so much to offer to our kids than our grandparent and parents had yet that failure starts at home. Mom and dad don't care so why should I Johnny didn't learn anything in 3rd grade so lets make him repeat it for one more year and meanwhile he's repeated the same grade three years in a row. We have taken disciple out of the school and taken God out of the schools ...now we cater to our kids b/c now we have the social services (where were they when I was growing up b/c no one cared then) A simple basic of education has stopped being taught and we have stopped caring about our future we are raising 3rd generation welfare and seeing first generation welfare grandparents ........how sad !
