Pairs in the pick 4 the missing link

Doing only half the work is unacceptable so last night I got pretty close to getting the pick 4 it was in my chart but did not hit the number.......I didn't do the pairs apparently pick 4 has pairs like pick 3 does .....well duh ! I'm working on that formula and so far back testing has produced good results . ..........to be continued
