This number has came out an unheard of 8 times this year in Carolina for a pick 4 number to repeat that much its quite amazing to say the least . So being me I researched the number and this is what it produced after it came out

The first few draws of this month has been repeats of last month maybe the balls are getting worn out towards the end of the year who knows.
