Trusts like a Living Revocable Trust must be properly funded. If you make a mistake here than you could end up in Probate Court. 

 Your lawyer may have a conflict of interest here. He or She may not instruct you on the proper way of funding your Trust. First, they earn their fee from setting up your Trust then they earn more pay when you must go to Probate Court.
