Trump has a lot to celebrate about. The tax cuts will benefit his real estate, resorts, and children big league. All of his tax cuts are permanent, while the middle class tax cuts are temporary then go up again. That's right, in five years everyone making 75k or less taxes will go up. Thousands will no longer have health insurance, many of whom are in his own base. Repubs have been duped and they in-turn hoodwinked the American people. This was a rushed tax bill that was done in secret. But what's done in the dark, is always exposed by the universe.

The repeal of the Obamacare mandate does not sunset.
By the time 2025 rolls around there probably will be more work done on the tax code.
No law is set in stone except the Constitution.

They will not have health insurance by their own choice. Nothing is stopping them from purchasing insurance.
It is also a fact that thousands already have no health insurance and were required to pay a penalty for not having it. 70% of those paying a penalty under Obamacare are lower income individuals or families.

If so many people have health care why are they complaining? Many people that voted for Trump are lower income families. He lied to them. The only people that benefit from the death tax are millionaires not the middle class. When you pay less tax, the money you thought you would have extra will be used to pay for an increase in utilities, and everything else you pay on a monthly basis. While I'm not rich, I managed my finances while I was working so I would not have to worry about the economy or healthcare. I am not worried about me, I'm worried about my grandchildren and people that I know that are barely making it...these are the people the tax cuts should help. Stretching a few dollars over a year when the cost of living is constantly going up amounts to nothing. Hooray for your tax cut...only time will reveal the truth for some.

Lower income people don't at taxes, anything that comes out of their payroll is usually refunded, they increased the child tax care credit. That means many people who paid no Federal income tax will get money they did not pay into .
Many of the people who were forced onto Obamacare did so because they lost their regular insurance provider and the cost of Obamacare skyrocketed. The free market will come back and insurance will become lower.
The death tax lie, only millionaires benefit? Wrong anyone who leaves money, property or whatever to their children will benefit.
While we do not have Obamacare we have BCBS, The price nearly doubled to help offset Obamacare so we could help pay for those being subsidized, it's not okay for us to pay someone else's insurance.
They repealed the Obamacare employee mandate, which means people won't be forced to pay tax for NOT having insurance.
This tax bill WILL NOT INCREASE UTILITIES. That was the Paris accord that Trump repealed. Thank God!
Obamacare and the Paris accord were 2 of the things meant to cripple the US financially.

As usual the whole country has to look to and take from New York, the greatest of all the states in this country perhaps even the world, to bail them out of their mess ups and their problems. Sorry California, but seeing we have a tv president once again I guess you got thrown into it too. Everything on tv is New York and Cali so it probably makes sense to the lawmakers. You may be paying less taxes now we will see how things turn out. Perhaps all people need is $1,000 to care less. Prople come cheap nowadays. Perhaps the 20% break will turn out to be good. Who can say? I'm not quick to judge, but I do have a question about how these cuts become permanent.

First of all, your assertion that lower income people don’t pay taxes is wrong. Low-income Americans pay a lot in taxes, and their role in paying for schools, roads and other public services largely go unrecognized. According to the Institute on Taxation and Economic Policy, the lowest-income quintile — those making less than $19,000 a year — pay almost 11 percent of their income in state and local taxes. Working people, even if they don’t make enough money to pay federal income tax, also pay payroll taxes that contribute to Social Security and Medicare. There are seven tax brackets. To say that lower income people don’t pay taxes is ludicrous. Most of us came from lower income families so we know that statement is bogus.

The death tax lie, only millionaires benefit? Wrong anyone who leaves money, property or whatever to their children will benefit.

Only Heirs of Wealthiest 2 of 1,000 Estates Would Benefit From Repeal. Repeal would cost $269 billion over ten years, widening deficits and adding to pressure to cut federal programs — which, in turn, could impose sacrifices on less-fortunate Americans to pay for tax cuts for wealthy heirs. When billionaires are allowed to pass on inheritance tax-free, the less-fortunate suffer because many of the programs designed to help them are cut or eliminated in order to pay for the revenue that is lost.

This tax bill WILL NOT INCREASE UTILITIES.
I think you misunderstood what I was saying. When I was in the work force, we got a pay increase every year. But with each raise there was an increase in healthcare, utilities, or something that would suck the raise out of your increase. Pay careful attention to your pay check next year, then tell us how great the tax plan was for you.
Also, Obamacare is still here. The only thing that’s gone is the individual mandate. By removing it, it made healthcare the Repubs problem. Smart move?

Speedy, what is wrong with people passing their wealth to their children, yes rich have more to give.
My son will get everything we have, why should he be taxed?
There is nothing wrong with wanting to keep wealth or even material things in the family.
Merry Christmas, sincerely.

Sully, the point I was trying to make to you is that the wealthy estate tax is passed on to our children and grandchildren by cutting programs that act as safety nets for the less fortunate. It's hard for me to have a Merry Christmas when I see how this tax cut effect the poor and less fortunate. I'm not so far removed that I don't remember how it feels to be poor and forgotten.

Speedy, Americans are the most generous people on the planet, we give and give .
Taking away wealth that took some people 40 or 50 years to accumulate and just fork it over to someone else because they are poor isn't okay. There are literally 1000's of programs to help the poor lift themselves up. At some point people need to take responsibility for the things in their life.
There will always be someone who has more and someone who has less.
Those safety nets aren't going anywhere any time soon , people will not starve and someone will always lead the way in helping.
I believe the tax cuts will create more jobs, less people on welfare.
The bottom line, you don't punish those who have more. bad choices is one of the reasons why many are in their situation. If you can't feed the 1st kid, then for the love of God don't have 4 more.
This time of year food banks, the salvation Army, toys for tots could use all the help they can get, be the leader and help out there, might take some of that worry off your mind.

I already give to the poor and homeless. This is where my blessings come from. That is what Christmas is all about. Caring about someone else more than yourself. Some of us have become too selfish. We have to be careful how we treat and talk about the poor. For some are just one paycheck from being homeless themselves.

8 years under Obama and nothing said about all the people who lost health insurance, had insurance premiums go up double digits, oil drillers, coal miners, pipe line workers all lost jobs.
8 years under Obama the deficit doubled, welfare went from 23 million to 46 million.
People lost hours at work and some had to take pay cuts just the companies could stay afloat.
I do feel for these people. Trump is on a mission to make this better for all, and it certainly looks like he is getting things done.

One thing all repubs fail to mention, Trump did not decide to run until Obama's term was up. He had a chance to run but chickened out because he knew that Obama would embarrass him. Also Obama handed him an economy that was better than he inherited. Trump has a lot to thank him for. The reason Trump is having so many problems is because he is too spiteful and is a pathological liar. He has lied more in less than a year than Obama has lied in eight years. Only the truth will make you free.
