I have looked and worked on angles of various ideas of others and my own regarding techniques to short list most likely winning numbers on a lottery Pick2, 3, or 4 drawing game. 

A system is a system is better than none at all, I think.

I had a system that won 7 times in a row on Pairs but when I started betting money it started not winning consistently. Thus, that is how it goes on any system I improvised or tried. 

This tend to lose due to ratio of overall numbers in the Game to the Winnings which is the same as having to bet 1000 numbers on Pick/Cash 3 but only $500 pays out on Straight. 

I have been near Rossville, Georgia and Chattanooga, Tennessee in which the Cash 3 games have Pairs and One-Off bets , and also Cash 4 has One-Off bets in Georgia but not Pairs.

In Tennessee they have Lucky Sums but do hot have pairs. 

Anyway that can be done, I take a short list of over-due numbers and they tend to stay over-due so if betting more than 1 bet becomes to expensive to sustain when betting 5 games numbers per drawing , the more so if betting 20 numbers on Pairs it is needed to win right away or have to keep doubling up money until they still do not win in a few games then you bottom out by having bet more than the win will pay.

If you have a system betting the most recent hottest winners seem to only work at least no more 1/2 the times, so it is opportune Chance of where you get into the flow of the game history, just as it is Chance when sitting on the Georgia COAM video gamble machines if they are primed enough to pay more than out before the player pays more in, because it is most likely not going to give ore in winnings than the player pays in consistently. On the COAM machines, it might help to load up a $100 Bill and bet high but it is jsut as likely to take the player for $1000 when they think it will work out that way. 

In playing Pairs, Cash3-4 Games, it tends to come out similarly, that the Player will continue betting a group of numbers for several days until stopping because of losses. Therefore, it is back to the drawing board and betting one number or 2 box and straight until it wins, or the Payer changing the numbers he bets by constant observations of numbers that do win.

Well, if I make the mine field system or the net system, [my copyright here], and if I bet a choice number Straight or Box or Pairs, and I play it a week then it does not win, if possible go ahead and bet it to win back what the Player has sunk into it and move on to another studied number to bet or group of numbers, but even then the amount bet to win is likely to be overtaken by the amount winnable so it bottoms out if the Player does not win in a few bets, but if they only bet one number it also becomes expensive betting it 3 times a day then also raising it every few weeks to stay ahead of the Payout.

Therefore all these system usually involve needing to bet 30 out of 40 great most likely numbers out of 100, or 20 out of 100 on Pairs but the problem with that is if the Player gets a dud a few time sin a row it wipes them out. 

Therefore a comprehensive list of techniques is advisable to view, but even if betting Pairs or Pick 3-4, it is my opinion the winning numbers over %50 of the time will be form the last %70 of winning numbers and the %30 that are overdue will tend to stay overdue except one a week or month might come in. But of course ultimately the overdue number must come in but when already going to over 400 games, then what Player can bet that long on that number or think it will come soon? I did bet that way on Pairs and it can work that way and still take all year betting an overdue number.

Therefore, the Player has a budget so if rich they can bet until they win by increasing bets until one of their numbers hits. But mathematically the same percentage applies almost because the games and money are based on 10's.  Where the lottery is beating the Player is they charge twice as much to play so that even if you bet 1000 numbers on Cash 3 then you only win $500.

Therefore the odds stated against the Player are probably as twice as what is printed on the games. Therefore to win the lottery consistently, would take funding and not expecting to win over %3 or %12  or some percentage and stop thinking of the big wins happen consistently, because if approached in  mathematical aspect, it should pay more than the bank savings account but is never going to win consistently for the small budget but can on the long haul over time if the funds could be budgeted to play. That is, the small budget Player might as well choose a plan that will work to recoup the Players money so if that is one game 3 times a day for a year then that is an option to consider, whereas a wealthier Player might be able to fund more numbers in bets for 3 times a day and might garner more wins but risk more faster and must be able to budget to recoup their money as a goal, rather than losing it all, and in between those points in time is the wins they accumulate. But if the Player does not budget then they are prone to fail. The percentages are the same on Pairs, Cash 3 and Cash 4 around here in proportion to what is bet divided by the fewer numbers in Pairs for instance.  A pair for $1 bet pays $50 out of 100 possible winning numbers. A $1 bet on Cash 3 Box is $80 and wins $160 if it is a double digit number. 

Therefore, due the lottery charging twice as much to play as you can win mathematically in consistent manner, then it becomes a hobby and not a career. The Player is about as well of to go to Vegas and play machines that begin to pay out right away then move to another machine and let it tally up on their pay card accounts. Because either way you go on the Pairs and Cash 3-4 games, if betting too many numbers the Player tends to bet up tpo $200 or more and increasing to recoup what they have invested and grow their bets higher until they win or lose all their funds. 

Therefore, if one can use the mine field or net system and bet to recoup on dud numbers, then go ahead and start a new bet because it might be the day, game, or week the system the Players uses will win which probably does not win over %50 of the time, usually a process of elimination or forecasting.

So if I had a dud number all week or month, if I could afford it then I might keep a bet on it and start a new number that appears auspicious, or group of numbers however it happens to the Players budget. 

However, the Player bets, they should budget from their money supply to recoup rather than lose all, then if they win in-between those points, they also win. 

Talking about it helps too work it out for the Player.
