SORT OF.......As of JAN 1,2018 should you win a jackpot of $1 Million or more you can claim without your name being released in a press statement BUT, here's the kicker.... Should you want to claim the big win via annuity payments, the lottery can release your name after 30 days of you claiming. I wrote to them after hearing this from MikeinTexas.
