Some HOA are run by would be dictators forcing the vets into another fight the HOA regulations cannot supersede Constitution and the vets have won approx 99% of the challenges. Shame on these ostensible American HOA !

I totally agree eddessaknight. And I dislike ALL HOA's, headed by a bunch of control freaks.   I hope this VET wins his fight.

HOA's serve a purpose but seems rules could be amended to allow flying flag belonging to the nation one resides in.

I hope he wins.
