They aren't going to launch anything because of a false alarm, a smoke detector doesn't create smoke or fire. Our satellites are on that sh1thole like white on rice, no end of NK today..... If there was an actual shot at Hawaii they could tell its trajectory 40secs. into the flight and act accordingly.
