The majority of the FISA court were bush and Reagan appointees. If anything, those judges should be pi$$ed they were not informed of the rotten basis and origins of the requests for spying on American citizens. Knowingly misleading and presenting false evidence to a court is a big league crime.

Well aware of that but do they have the resources to verify the information they are given or do they accept the information Carte Blanche? If it is the latter, we have a very weak link in our legal system.
