My personal stance is that I've never once tipped based on pick up or carry out. Her opinions to me are quite argumentative. What's inferred here is that the way she does her job is affected by whether or not someone tips 15%. Now I've worked in many restaurants younger, I know how important a tip is. But if you don't have a job well that's even worse. Some days are better than others. Survival is the key. She's speaking about a restaurant franchise, obviously these types of places have policies and standards that can not be bent or broken. She should be well aware of that. No I do not believe one should tip for take out. She's assuming too much about what she's entitled to in my opinion. However, in a case of such an order, perhaps maybe, but even still a Church organization I would assume does not have that much money and is not for profit, and probably deals with a budget that is difficult. So really what I'm saying is dem's the brakes, that's the way it is sometimes, and there's no need to be bitter or resentful about it. But to move on. Now it seems she has no choice. Anyways, just my opinion. I've done lots of extras for people that never tipped me. I did it to make where I was look good which made me look good. I even got a bad check or two. Capiche?

Like I said, she got her tip. But she had to bad mouth the place she was doing business for first. And the Church didn't even tip, patrons of the Church or church goers got together and put money together for a tip. I don't think what she did was right. I would never want someone like that working for me. If it's not good enough move on. Someone so skilled at talking should have no problem doing that.
