A short but good telling quote about crime ridden cities in the Batman movie when the question is asked of the malevolent Joker "What bout the good people who live here?"

Joker answers: "WELL GOOD PEOPLE SHOULDN'T LIVE HERE!"

Kinda makes one think about it, doesn't it?
