Well, of course he blames him!! This is the reason why Trump attempted to undo the first wave of Obama's sanctions, he criticized Obama's preservation/proof of Russian meddling, he pushed back on Obama's expulsion of the Russians, and finally, he refuses to implement the newest sanctions which Obama also whipped up in retaliation. Hell, Obama even BRIEFED this idiot on just what and why regarding the latest on Russia. What did Trump fo with it all? ATTACK ALL HIS INTELLIGENCE AGENCIES CALLING THEM LIARS WHILE PROTECTING PUTIN AND RUSSIA. To this very moment, Trump still has not, himself, addressed the Russian cyber attack on us or the latest assessment on how Russia is actively preparing to do it again in our mid-terms.
