anyone know a good vitamin

can anyone suggest a good vitamin to take even if it is multi-vitamin or a single vitamin.what are the best to take?  is it ok to take different ones at once such as vitamin C and vitamin E plus pottasium magnesium,etc.

centrum is good. some vitamins are water soluble - some not - read up before taking. go to Intelu health.com - run by harvard.

Men's Ultra Mega at GNC. Capsules go down easier. I take the Women' s Ultra Mega. Great product

beer... all the vitamin stuff is b.s., save the money and buy more tickets. A million vitamin can't equal the positive result of a pick four straight. now that's a cure.........
