Next, if we really want to get into the specifics of why he doesn't have a 'Putin's opposition and considered a traitor so he was poisoned' chance of winning his suit, then the following is the tell tale:
-He left after being told the store would not sell him any firearm, including rifles and shotguns, or ammunition for the weapons, unless he was 21, the lawsuit alleged. The refusal came four days before the retail chain publicly announced its new sales policy for firearms.-
Before they publicly announced clearly says that it was already an INTERNAL DECISION which is where all policy begins. One year ain't gonna make or break him, hell, I believe he can still buy a dang Daisy 880 Air Rifle just to mess around with. Somehow, I think Dick's knew it was coming.
Now, I have to do a brief off-topic to clear something up...it's important...and sensitive as I can see. As far as DACA is concerned, Trump was told back in January that he couldn't actually end DACA and what he did with the whole March 5 deal was merely saving face for his base...red meat. Sure, there were protests yesterday but, it wasn't because it was all said and done. It's because the knuckle heads STILL didn't even try to work a deal by March 5 which the prompted this:
https://www.cnn.com/2018/03/05/politics/daca-deadline-march-5-passing-immigration-courts/index.html
-But multiple federal judges ruled that the justification the Trump administration was using to terminate the program was shaky at best -- and ordered DHS to resume renewing all existing DACA permits. And the Supreme Court declined the administration's unusual request to leapfrog the appellate courts and consider immediately whether to overrule those decisions.
*That court intervention effectively rendered the March 5 deadline meaningless -- and, paired with a dramatic failure on the Senate floor to pass a legislative fix, the wind has been mostly taken out of the sails of any potential compromise.-
It's really a good idea to do some hard diligence and read in depth with some understanding...if possible. Trump has not won on this and he won't primarily due to it's high sensitivity and merit.
