Uh yeah, get a clue. Problem with legislation is it’s so tied up, it takes honestly years even up to decades to actually do something. Kickbacks and bribes. This is not surprising to me at all. It’s always been like this. That’s legal for ya. Keep dreaming. Perhaps the teachers should quit their jobs and apply for dept. of corrections jobs. Unfortunately I’m being very serious.
