The idea that Tramp would call and congratulate a man that completely regulates his media, controls his RIGGED voting process which ELIMINATES ANY OPPOSITION, ORDERED HIS RUSSIAN FORCES IN SYRIA TO ATTACK OUR SOLDIERS, and essentially forces nearly everyone to vote for him is just unthinkable...but it happened.
