I agree CarBob, what a total waste of a pick. He should have retired instead of running. To think this man also does not want President Trump to attend his funeral service?

The only reason I voted for McCain was because of Palin. I told an online friend who voted for Obama that if she (my friend) had wanted a liberal in office, McCain would have fit the bill better than did Obama.

McCain should get off his high horse; he was no conservative and while I disagreed with his stances on immigration and esp. his eagerness to work hand-in-hand with the Democrats, it was his "Keating Five" scandal that soured him to me. (yes, I know he wasn't convicted of anything, but he SHOULD have been) His gleeful declaration that we will need to be in Iraq "for a hundred years" chilled me to the bone.

He ran the WORST campaign in U.S. political history, at least worst Presidential campaign. I don't think he could have won, not even running a perfect campaign, but he deserved to lose. He was also responsible for giving us Mitt -Caspar Milquetoast - Romney (the original snowflake)the next cycle.

Know what his legacy will be? It will have nothing to do with politics, but rather he sired a pretty good lookin' buxom daughter (who is really more conservative than he is, and she's a liberal)
