CA lottery scratchers winning tickets "Triple Jackpot $20"
Published:
Good evening all! So I need some advise or any feed back for my winning scratcher tickets $20 Triple Jackpots.
I've won 10X10 on a "$20- Triple Jackpot" and decided to go cash out at 7/11 for $100. Thinking I could cash out my winning ticket
because it was only for $100. So I scan my ticket to make sure it's a winning for sure and the scanner pop up saying "File a claim form"???
Didnt really understand why 100 bucks but need to file claim form? So I went up to the cashier and let him scan it to pay me out. He told me that
he could not cash out due to I need to File a claim and he dont understand why either? He told me that It's a winner for sure but dont know how much because the scanner does not show award $. Cashier say it could be a Jackpot tickets and maybe possible that is why it is not showing winning award but he knows for sure it is more than $600 and need to file claim form.
Any advise or input on what I need to do or should do? And if it is a Jackpot but error on their behalf would they still award me the JackPot or just $100 that show on ticket? Thanks in advance for any advise and input!
Cheers

Also congrats to you!
I ask the Lottery Official, "when should I sign the ticket?" Also, "How long do I have to claim my prize?"
