My favorites are the Dictator shows. The Dictator goes insane and kills everyone he suspects of treason and wanting to overthrow himself. ala, Fidel Castro.
The other show has the Dictator ending up as a citizen accused of treason.
One of the other ones is the young brother and sister diving into their pool and getting away from their ungrateful parents.
