Well, with respect Sir, if this is in fact the case then the last half dozen or so mass shooters were also victims. Sure, your son may very well have been bullied but, he had CHOICES he could've made other than the one he did make. HE CHOSE to stew in all that he was dealing with while allowing it to build up and boil over causing excessive feelings of anger, rejection, inadequacy, and non-importance. Your son could've CALLED YOU OR ANYONE ELSE CLOSE TO HIM to discuss all that he was feeling and this could've very well been prevented. Furthermore, Sir, YOU yourself are at fault for leaving those guns where your UNDERAGE son had easy access. They should've been properly secured regardless of how he didn't 'show any signs' that this was coming. Those are still firearms and he's still underage.

That said, what he did was premeditated according to all the data the police secured from his devices and reported. He knew he was going to do it and wanted to take his own life but he just wasn't angry enough with himself...AKA cowardice. Your son was really angered by the fact that the young lady that he was trying to date or whatever turned him down multiple times, okay. This, in and of itself, is a HUGE ISSUE AMONG WHITE MALES these days. The young UNDERAGE kid in Maryland shot his ex- girlfriend in the head for breaking up with him and she recently passed away from being brain dead. There are MANY STORIES just like this one where white teens like your son simply cannot handle REJECTION from women...and this is partly the result of it. There's an account of a kid that had already graduated and was out of school but later went back with a shotgun to kill his ex.

Sir, I urge you to visit this thing called 'Incel' which is short for Involuntarily Celibate and it's a movement by WHITE MALES that are rejected by women and are lacking sexual involvement with them. This is a serious issue and it's real...and your your son has remnants of it. Don't make excuses, HELP MAKE A CHANGE.
