If a photographer took two pictures and copyrighted both pictures the photographer could take the two pictures and create a meme and copyright the meme. The photographer could have a store house of his own copyright material for use.

Thanks JAP. Great points. Every smart phone has a camera so likely we'll see lots of that in the future.
