I think this is a good thing. The record industry doesn't hold a person's past against them. For some this is a plus. Nevertheless, this is a good start. Now we need more industries to give ex-convicts a second chance to get it right, and become productive members of society.

Only in Chicago aka "Obama-Land" would you hear of something this stupid. Violent hip-hopping thug inmates rapping about their gangster lifestyle and killings cops get out to become productive citizens, Lol
