It is a strike for freedom.
I was thinking earlier when I first heard it earlier this morning that the Obamacare case before the Supreme Court about forcing citizens to buy health insurance or pay a penalty should have been decided against the Obamacare mandate by the Supreme Court.

This union member case just about mirrors the Obamacare mandate is what I am trying to say.

Thanks JAP. I fully agree with you on both things. However until you made the comparison I'd never considered it in that context. You're correct.

Sometimes I feel I have 2 half dead brain cells sputtering back and forth at one another. lol
