Blatant unprofessional personal bias has no place in a public businesses establishment and will like provoke karmic retribution in a form of economic boycott ( action <> reaction)

Thanks Eddessa. If it's a business owner then I suppose they can do business with whomever they choose and suffer the consequences of that action. However an employee is a whole 'nother matter. I think it would be a justifiable termination of the employee in that instance.
