Of course. This is certainly what the Kremlin believes, and they’re acting accordingly. They're quite obviously playing Trump. They consider him a stupid, unstrategic politician. Putin is confident that he can manipulate Trump to his advantage, and he should be.

The Russian media portrays Trump as an imbecile gone wild. All they see is confusion, division, and chaos going on in his administration. Pootin's goal is to exploit this malfunction for their advantage. Meeting with Pootin privately unprepared was a big mistake. Pootin was seen as a super power no longer isolated with equal footing with America. The news conference showed Pootin in charge and Trump as admiring Pootin for his bad boy image. Trump was seen as a weak man that was in awe of a murdering evil demon. SAD

Trump should have never met with Pootin alone and unprepared. He did not help his image by cowering down to Pootin at the news conference. He tried to release a tape as a distraction, but it did not work because everyone already knows that he is a whoremonger.

Very nice write-up, Speedy, and it's all facts just the way it's suppose to be. I'm particularly interested in this whole tape deal myself, you know. Speedy, the very idea that Cohen recorded Trump instantly signals to everyone that Cohen knows how Trump really is, okay, and that Trump will toss ANYONE under the steam roller. I use steam roller instead of bus because once you're run over by this thing, you're DONE when it comes to his supporters. With the bus, at least you still have a fighting chance. Cohen was protecting himself by any means necessary as a result of this and I don't blame him considering how Trump just wrote him off instantly when he learned of the FBI raid of Cohen's bidness crib. Gotta remember, when Trump was asked about Cohen well before Cohen even thought of cooperating, Trump described Cohen as 'he used to be my lawyer.' I knew right then what Cohen was up against.

Then, we must consider the obvious which is that if Cohen had sense enough to record this proven sheisty guy then, SURELY, Putin ALSO has him on tape somewhere in SIGNIFICANCE. It's completely logical based on facts and history. This also has a moral relevance to it as well when we factor in how Trump tried to blackmail Comey by citing and threatening tapes of being recorded. Remember? He lied and then was forced to come clean with how he actually didn't have any tapes....all as a bluff to try ans sway Comey. Well, like I've always said, what goes around comes right back around and Cohen has the goods. This first tape is only a starter but, it does show how Trump lied about all things McDougal and National Enquirer deals.

By now, the whole world knows that Putin has Trump in a solid Tap Out position but is only applying minimal pressure for now. Russia has done nothing to deserve our friendship and ease of sanctions when we think about Crimea and, most of all, how Putin ordered an attack on our own troops! Right here:
