A lesson for everyone!!

I agree, as long as forgiving doesn't mean forgetting. It also doesn't mean letting the offender off the hook. Everyone needs to be accountable for his or her action. I'm not sure I could forgive some people. For example, the parents of that young man who disappeared from sight at age 11 and was found in a man's home a few days ago were robbed for 4 years. They can never get back what he took from them, even though they are blessed to have their child back at home. If we find out he sodomized the boy, how can we forgive that? People tell me it's not our place to judge, but God's. Although I know it's true, there are too many evil people for me to just say "I forgive everyone." Maybe that says I'll never fit into the universe, but I've never fit in anywhere before anyway!
