Yep,
Needs investigation by the lawman too. This sort of thing could run rampant in funding me under someone else and hardship.

They have to give whatever is left over to the homeless guy they set up the GoFundMe account and give an accounting of where ever penny was spent. I am assuming they are going to have to pay it all back.
