I wonder how much Nike thinks they will gain with this blunder?

I used to buy name brand sneakers, but they're a little too pricey these days for something that's not that good of quality.

When I saw the slogan that's under Kaepernick's pic:

"Believe in something, even if it means sacrificing everything. #JustDoIt."

I thought it said "Just Dolt"

I've been sacrificing since they started their protests, even though it hurts me. I've been a Cowboys fan for nearly all my life, over a half century, nearly as long as the team has been around but I've quit watching them. I can handle losing records, inept ownership , bad talent and a coaching carousel, and even though J. Jones has said he expects his players to stand, I have to boycott the NFL for allowing this to go on.

Mike, I agree with you on the boycott. For me it was when they knelt in London last year. I was done after that. I'm a Giants fan, but I gotta say good for Dak for saying the anthem isn't the time or place. He's got my respect for doing that.

I have a lot of respect for Dak after that, especially since he took flak from some of his own teammates.
I don't know how good of a quarterback history will say he is when he's done playing, but he is good in my book and a pretty smart guy.

Being a huge Romo fan, I couldn't help but resent Prescott for taking over, even though I knew Romo's fragility was not Dak's fault. He came up a lot in my esteem after making the statement he did and I think he's 100% correct. (and Jim Brown and Charles Barkley have pretty much echoed the same sentiment).

I still keep up w/ my 'Boys, reading the articles and statistics (but not those on NFL.com) and will watch the highlights of the game on YouTube, but that's it. I don't think the networks even show the national anthem anymore, do they? I don't remember seeing it in quite some years, but it's the principle of it for me. Just like I don't enjoy movies with certain actors in them, I don't enjoy watching games with players I don't respect. (and trust me, Dallas has had some players that made me not care about the game while they were with the team)
