Interesting comments under the original article at the SF Chron. Even though some of them might be from brand new accounts, they were fairly split, even a little bit in favor of condemning "DiFi" (as one supporter referred to her). One self-identifying liberal also gave her a slam.

Desperation tactics, a last-ditch effort to block the confirmation, plain and simple. It reminds me of a documentary I recently watched about the last days of the Third Reich, where Hitler refused to surrender and it wound up destroying even more of Germany's sparse remaining infrastructure and killing not only tens of thousands of German troops, but many times that of the civilian population. Of course, the analogy regretfully isn't all that comparable except to the Dems reticence to accept a darn good choice for the SC. If only their stubborn leadership would cause the destruction of their party....

Thanks Mike. They've been assured they're right by their leaders and since they're guided by emotions instead of critical thinking and researching for themselves, just keep on the same path.

If Kavanaugh wasn't selected to be a SCJ we never would have heard anything about this. When I first heard it, I was thinking, Gloria Allred is at it again. I was reading about this on FB over the weekend. It was incredible how many women were calling BS.

Thanks Grwurston. If *we regular people* were in court we'd have to prove our allegations with time, place, specific events in detail to be believed.
