Yes, it's dumb, but that's the Left's M.O. with this. They're grasping at straws trying to stop this nomination. It's understandable, because they can see the writing on the wall, esp. considering Ginsberg and her failing health and mental capacity and that Trump can shape this court for decades to come. All they can hope for is getting one of their own elected after a single term of Trump and then replacing Thomas to keep the SC even CLOSE to being in their control.   I sure like the idea of having young Constitutionalists on the Court.

I have been giving this sexual allegations controversy some thought and have come to one conclusion on whether the accuser should be believed or not.
A sexual assault allegation should only be believed if their has been a conviction of the accused.
