Out of all of them, the only one who was worth a bucket of warm spit is Truman.(and Truman's predecessor, Nance, is supposed to be the originator of that descriptive phrase, although the liquid he said wasn't "spit")

On a side note, who is that just behind Teddy Roosevelt's shoulder? I'd like to think it is supposed to be Calvin Coolidge, but I'm not sure. At first I thought it was - forgive me - Putin. I figured it might be someone's idea of a joke.
