Thanks Sully. Trade agreements and aid have wonderful swaying power. Those nations were accustomed to feckless leaders who blustered to the press but did nothing.

Thanks Jarasan. That would be much better. Perhaps tightening the twitch on their noses would bring that about. Those nations need to solve their own issues and get their governments under control.
