Good for the restaurant, that's a private entity and they can do whatever the hell they want. If a bakery decides not to service a gay couple because of their religious beliefs, that any restaurant can refuse service to anybody they want, it's that simple. And that case the restaurant owner should have not allowed him to eat in the first place.
