I'm glad other patrons came to his defense. Since Maxine and Spartacus started all this, maybe they should start getting a taste of their own medicine whenever they go out somewhere.

Good for the restaurant, that's a private entity and they can do whatever the hell they want. If a bakery decides not to service a gay couple because of their religious beliefs, that any restaurant can refuse service to anybody they want, it's that simple. Stop your whining and stop being so hypocritical. You can't have it both ways or all of it

It was one stupid ass, and everyone in the restaurant told him to STFU, then he was escorted out in lieu of getting his a$$ kicked by normal people.

I agree with grwurston...glad other people came to his defense...those people have gone crazy or either the democrats are paying them to do that!

amber124, They were not refused service by the restaurant. They were already eating when they were confronted.

And that case the restaurant owner should have not allowed him to eat in the first place.

Sully.... I keep using the word hypocrite a lot lately. When describing the right-wing nutjobs logic confounds me. Please take a survey of how many straight men do that to their girlfriends or wives and get back to me when you have the fact, thanks, have a nice day. Secondly I don't do that myself cuz I don't think it's something I want to engage. So that's your third strike on ignorance on the subject, not everyone who is bisexual like I am does the things you assumed! I like you, but please get your facts straight I know facts are like Kryptonite for you people.

Joker, I don't care where anyone finds love, or what 2 consenting adults do behind closed doors.
I do not have ignorance on the subject, you assume I am a Bible thumper, I am not.
But I do know you don't force someone to bake cakes, and if a restaurant asks you to leave, then you go. In this case, it was one guy and the others patrons to that guy to scram. The restaurant owner did not ask the Senator to leave.
I owned a bingo hall for many years, and I had several women taken out in cuffs. They wanted to start a fight, they got arrested and banned, was well within my right to do so.
I did not allow people to threated or you physical violence.
If someone believes the gay life style is wrong because of religious reasons, THAT IS THEIR RIGHT AND YOU DON'T FORCE THEM TO EXCEPT ANYTHING.
It's the being forced or we will punish you attitude that people are fed up with.
Now back to the subject of Gay men, I know several and many have told me gay men are predators, because they were gay teenagers, they have no problem in hooking up with teenagers.
So I ask you at what age is it considered to be legal?"

I can just see sully asking straight men about anal sex.

"Uh, excuse me. Can I ask you a personal question?"

"Sure, sully. Fire away."

"Um...do you like playing in the mud?"

"Huh?"

"Do you like going in the out door?"

"Say what?"

"Do you like driving down the Hershey Highway?"

"What are you talking about?"

"Are you a backdoor kinda guy?"

"Oh, I think I know what you're trying to say."

"You like goin' Greek?"

"Enough already!"

"You like parking in the rear?"

"SHUTTUP!"

"Do you enjoy making someone bite the pillow?"

"GET AWAY FROM ME!"

good grief, I worked with him and another and we had serious conversations.
It was not made light of.

I couldn't help BUT make light of it. It was totally absurd to tell you to "take a survey".

The whole exchange on his part was surreal...as I said, it was obvious he hadn't read the article.
