It will all hinge upon this phrase "....and subject to the jurisdiction thereof" I'm certainly no legal scholar, but that one word - "jurisdiction"- seems to point directly to the country from which the illegal immigrants came. They are subject to our laws the moment they step foot upon American soil, entitled to our protections, but not to ALL the rights a legal citizen enjoys.

Think about this one carefully.

If you support Birthright Citizenship, then every unborn child is protected by the Constitution.

Ergo, Abortion is illegal by Birthright Citizenship and every child has the right to be born.
