Trump is dealing with the caravans coming with a force they were not expecting.

When word of the first caravan became public, I wondered if it might not be the land version of the Mariel boatlift from Cuba in 1980 where Castro dumped all the undesirables into boats and floated them our way.

I wouldn't be surprised if that figure of 270 is more than a little shy of the actual number of criminals.

I wouldn't be adverse to picking out a few from any of the others who actually want to become law-abiding citizens and will work hard to achieve the American Dream. We could swap two-for-one, take ten of them and trade them for the four/five here in L.P. who don't do anything but whine about the direction this country is now headed. Why, we could even add a hundred bucks/head for the swap. Give 'em some boot while we give 'em the boot.
