The city of Baltimore, one of the most violent cities in the USA.This is the results of the children being raised in fatherless homes. The city of Baltimore administration have no rules in the schools for dealing with those type of violent children.

Read the following story BIGOT. I have a lot of friends who are LUMBEES. Those fatherless homes are the reason in the last 30 years that Blacks have killed over 300,000 other Blacks. Your ignorance amazes me.
