The judge is ruling in favor of the Constitution not the one that appointed him. THIS IS THE WAY IT SHOULD BE.

From what I read it was not a final ruling. It allows Acosta back in but the president has the right to disallow all press on the premises. Press briefings in the alcove they turned into a press room are a privilege not a right.

Considering press bias and hostility Pres Trump should issue an electronic briefing to all the press and let that be all they get.

Entry into the White House is not a constitutional right.

Press conferences aren't required by the Constitution either.
