I watched a video about that a couple of days ago; in it, they videoed inside a train while the announcement was playing about being careful with what they do and their attitude and infractions could cost them social credits. Maybe it was edited, but it was only in English, which I thought strange.

I dunno; I've seen lots of videos about Chinese tourists and not just them, but how the citizens act in their homeland and they act like spoiled 3 yr. old children. Maybe they need something like that but I sure don't want to see it here.
