I have a dilemma when or if to get, a flu shot, as the last time, i received one, it was painful on the arm for a few day's, i threw cold water, on it every day; the sore area- of my arm- to take away the pain- eventually it worked

Plus in the past, i would get sick from the flu shot, with flu symptom, - side effect's!

So that is my dilemma!

A very wary- Canadian- about, alot of, sh##t,  thing's!!_
