With my arthritis i can not pick up my feet like I use to and need to be careful where I walk.
Just to even get in the car I need to sit facing outward and need to raise my right leg with my arm to get it in.
Something I did quite a few years back is installed handicap bars in the tub and shower area. Have a three foot bar on the long wall of the tub and a one foot bar under the shower head.
My wife is not too stable on her fee either.

Thanks JAP. Sounds like you were future thinking with those installations. Getting old sucks I say from personal experience.
