Our President and Syria

I support the President's position on withdrawing from Syria. The coalition will probably stay in Iraq and Afghanistan. I hope he stands firm on this bold move. The Congress and the Pentagon are opposing leaving Syria. We should all learn the lessons from the Crusaders. We are not welcome in Syria.

Russia and Syria support this decision. Is that the only reason to stay?

If No-Name McCain had stayed out of Syria meeting with ISIS, we may not have had to go in in the first place.

Follow the money. Our taxes pay for the Defense budget. There are entrenched politicians who do not want to lose the funding of companies that sustain the defense industry.
The Congressional, Military, Industrial complex. President Eisenhower warned us about this. Those are votes that put politicians into office who support their defense companies in their districts.
