In order to raise money for the government, the government runs a lottery which no one individual or business is allowed legally to OFFER.

the lottery is run as a private government business which offers no returns to investors in almost any way we can think of. 

There is absolutely no chance any winners can profit from playing except 1 or 2 'LUCKY" winners, as a FULL PROFERING monopoly system.                 and by GOV'T banking control DOUBLE DIPPING takes nearly half the winners share plus the money invested by the losing players

If no winner comes forward as is the case in South Carolina and the 1.5 Billion jackpot, the state government receive the jackpot money shares.

Odds of winning are estimated at 1 in 300M up to what some suggest is 1 in 2 Billion. The fact we pay one winner this amount is astounding.

Lottery stands as an illegal institution within the framework of government control. MONOPOLY at its greatest power. 

It appears likely that despite large revenues, EDUCATION receives little benefit showing no real improvement over all in the past 30 Years. 

Despite this illogical nonsense, THE GOV continues to sell Lottery tickets and give SOLITARY WINNERS huge amounts which no one person could possibly need or even want to generate as this example : 1 Billion dollars is a ridiculous payout for any single citizen. There is a growing chance this prize could be won by foreigners, terrorists, drug dealers, thieves, and otherwise completely inept individuals who have no idea what money is or what they could really do with such a prize for the benefit of the whole nation or people.

In general, Giving to a church or a charity will hardly benefit the entire nation or people, even if it would benefit just that one group.

The Real government theft is the creation of money by using the names and citizen statement of social security WHICH GIVES THE BANK full access to our legal identity and uses it to produce money, which they then invest in private and chosen enterprises and business, when they claim benefit the people, but they return little or no money or investment interest to the individual citizen for this loan promise granted by us, and also tax all citizens for the running of the system (government) and also charge interest rates and insurance costs to them as well,

This is the double dipping MONOPOLY control and DEBT position.  This is visible in the lottery game and the mortgage interest rate system,           as well as in the education system.

The education systems claims to provide learning which will result in jobs, while our observation clearly shows the lack of REAL jobs available to the graduate IS NOT matching anywhere close to the need or the NUMBERS of graduates who are legally bound by their own agreement to pay govt loans, thus creating a nation of INDEBTEDNESS which often lasts a lifetime. 

THE LOTTERY will CONTINUE as the greatest GAMBLING theft in history, offering ridiculous odds of success and payouts far less than any CASINO does.         AND ITS ONLY LEGAL, because we allow ourselves to be used as FINANCIERS of the INstitution and GRANTORS of the Money System it supports. CAPITALISM AT ITS WORST, and at Best, or at least, the greatest example of Monopoly in existence. 

WHAT CAN WE DO ABOUT IT?    FILE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT? ........... Seems impossible but it could happen

I noticed the TV broadcast did not show last nights results, but had instead 2 advertisments, 1 for mega millions, 1 for SCRATCH OFF CHRISTMAS.                                    The actual time of the real drawing is never broadcast or revealed, despite the claim it is done at specific times.                                                     In addition most states have LOTTERY with two drawings at the same time, which clearly cannot happen consecutively within 1 minute of the draw time.    This makes it almost impossible to predict using any known system and the odds of such games such as 1 in 5 numbers (1-36 or more)  increasing the odds up to 1 in many Billions to win even a smaller sized game.
